Thus, the prosecution proved beyond reasonable doubt that the accused has committed offence U/S 328 I.P.C - Section 201 The accused had caused the disappearance of evidence in a murder case by washing the glass in which he gave sedative mixed juice to Uthra and destroying the stick with which he handled the snake.
