Hyderabad: BJP Assembly floor leader Alleti Maheshwar Reddy said many BRS MLAs are showing interest in joining his party and their names will be announced soon. Addressing a press conference at the party office in Nampally, Maheshwar Reddy expressed displeasure over Assembly Speaker G. Prasad Kumar being reluctant to disqualify Danam Nagender as per the anti-defection law. Maheshwar Reddy said his party would send a petition to the Speaker through a registered post and another one through email. Referring to alleged irregularities in the civil supplies department, Maheshwar Reddy said a scam of hundreds of crores of rupees took place by manipulating PDS rice stocks.
