Ability to adjust, offensively and defensively, get Saints back in win column

For about eight quarters, Saints fans were wondering if the Drew Brees-led offense was going to sputter into a losing streak after a 10-game winning streak had everyone riding high. Instead, with help from Taysom Hill’s playmaking ability and his blocked punt, the momentum has swung back to New Orleans heading into the final three weeks of the regular season. The first drive of the second quarter for New Orleans resulted in a field goal but only consisted of one run and seven pass attempts. New Orleans is certainly missing Terron Armstead, but that doesn’t mean the Saints can’t be effective rushing the football. Bucs quarterback Jameis Winston was able to scamper for several big runs at the beginning because Allen’s pressure packages left openings and rushing lanes when Winston was flushed from the pocket.
