He said the mega event is set to be held in the United Arab Emirates.As per the latest development, the Board of Control for Cricket in India has zeroed in on UAE and has written to the government seeking permission to hold the tournament in UAE and are awaiting the go-ahead. Over the months, BCCI has been looking for alternatives in order to host the cash-rich tournament later in the year in India.On Tuesday, Patel in brief reportedly told about the development saying that the dates of the tournament is yet to be finalised however the venue is sorted as of now. "The dates have not been finalised as yet and will be decided at the IPL GC, which will be held in the next seven or ten days," Patel said.
