Eilean Loch Oscair is an uninhabited croft off the west coast of Scotland and is on the market for £125,000 The island boasts 10 acres of agricultural land which makes it perfect for farming The previous owner of Loch Oscair was a tenant farmer who acquired the croft in 2013. The island is regularly visited by seals, otters and porpoises Mr Stewart Moore said estate agents have received a lot of enquiries about building on the island and said while there's a possibility, there's no certainty. The estate agents are said to be marketing the island as primarily a farming opportunity, but it may also appeal to sailing enthusiasts or environmentalists.
