Following the lead of Uttarakhand, the Bharatiya Janata Party’s government in Gujarat has also initiated the process to implement the Uniform Civil Code in the state Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel on Tuesday announced the formation of a committee to prepare the draft of Uniform Civil Code.
