1152 students move SC for cancellation of CBSE Class 12 compartment exam
To cancel the new scheme of board exams, students of Classes 10 and 12 have approached the apex court. As many as 1152 students across the country have approached Supreme Court with a petition for the cancellation of CBSE Class 12 compartment/private/repeaters examinations. More about the petition filed The petition filed through Advocate Manu Jaitley The petitioners submitted it keeping in view the safety, health, and well-being of all the private/compartment/repeaters candidates of Class 12 CBSE board examination 2021, their parents and family members, teaching faculty, and all stakeholders. The notification issued by CBSE calling off the Class 12 Board Examinations, owing to the prevailing Covid-19 pandemic situation in the country, should be given the widest interpretation to include all categories of students.
