Indispensable EVs There has been growing consensus that the world will require significantly accelerated development in the field of green energy to push forward decarbonization, and that China's affordable clean tech products will only make positive contributions to that end. Jeremy Jurgens, managing director of the World Economic Forum, said in a recent interview that China is clearly already leading in new energy technology, represented by EVs. "As China looks for sustainable, affordable and secure energy sources, China not only improves its own position, it actually makes a contribution to global sustainability and can help the world achieve decarbonization targets," he said.
