Government committed to developing Rayachoti, says Transport Minister
The HinduMinister of Transport, Youth and Sports Mandipalli Ramprasad Reddy on Sunday reiterated the government’s commitment to improve infrastructure and overall development of Rayachoti Assembly constituency in Annamayya district. During the inauguration of a newly-constructed CC road in Thurpupalle SC hamlet near Rayachoti, the Minister stressed the need for quality construction, highlighting significant investments in roads, drainage systems, and streetlights to enhance rural infrastructure. In another event, the Minister inaugurated five electric garbage collection autorickshaws donated by the ICICI Bank to Rayachoti Municipality. He commended the initiative, valued at ₹48 lakh, as a step towards making Rayachoti a garbage-free and model municipality.
