As part of our commitment to keeping voters informed, we delve into critical statistics concerning candidates vying for a place in the assembly. Out of 699 candidates analyzed, we found that 324 candidates, accounting for 46 percent, claim to have educational qualifications ranging from 5th to 12th standard. In contrast, another group of 322 candidates, also 46 percent, have declared themselves as graduates or hold higher qualifications. There are also 106 candidates, representing 15 percent, aged between 61 and 80 years, and 3 candidates who are above 80 years.
