Gandhi, the Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition, called the police action a violation of his constitutional rights and accused the BJP of using police to "suppress the message of truth and brotherhood". Video shared by Rahul Gandhi Sambhal authorities had requested neighbouring districts to stop the Congress leaders before they enter the district.
