Supreme Court orders AAP to vacate Delhi office, sets deadline

New Delhi: The Supreme Court of India has asked the Aam Aadmi Party to vacate its political office by June 15. The Supreme Court of India The order to vacate the office came as it is located on a plot that was allotted to the Delhi High Court for the purpose of expanding a district court. The Supreme Court also asked AAP to approach the Land And Development Office for allotment of land for its offices. Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud later granted AAP time till June 15, 2024, to vacate the premises "so that land allotted to extend district judiciary footprint" can be used.
