Ensure strict implementation of RERA, says CM Revanth Reddy

Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy here on Tuesday urged the members of Telangana Real Estate Appellate Tribunal to ensure strict implementation of Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority in the State. He requested the Tribunal members that RERA must be implemented effectively and thereby preventing property buyers from duping themselves from the false promises of realtors. After the formation of the State, the Telangana Real Estate Appellate Tribunal has been formed for the first time. Under this Act, Telangana government notified the Telangana Real Estate Rules 2017 vide G.O.Ms.No.202, Dt.31-07-2017 for regulation and promotion of real estate sector in the State.
