A number of Broken Hill business owners say the pandemic has presented new opportunities and led to renewed interest in items from locals. Regional Development Australia Far West has been asking Broken Hill businesses how they've managed COVID-19. Business experiences survey Earlier on in the pandemic more than 135 far west businesses were surveyed by Regional Development Australia Far West about how they were getting by.
