The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India invites applications for the post of Whole-Time Member. of Post: 01 Essential Qualification and Experience • The qualifications for appointment to the post as derived from Section 4 of the TRAI Act, are as follows: • A person having special knowledge of, and professional experience in telecommunication, industry, finance, accountancy, law, management, or consumer affairs. • PROVIDED that such a person who is, or has been, in the service of Government shall not be appointed as a member unless such person has held the post of Secretary, or Additional Secretary, or the post of Additional Secretary and Secretary to the Government of India or any equivalent post in the Central Government or the State Government for a period of not less than three years. • Interested and eligible persons are requested to send prescribed format alongwith copies of relevant documents to Shri Naveen Kumar Director, Room No.
