17% passenger growth of Mangaluru International Airport in 2024

Mangaluru International Airport has recorded 17.12% growth in passengers in 2024, compared to 2023. Commercial ATMs registered growth of 16% in the first nine months of 2024-25 financial year. In the nine months of the financial year 2024-25, the MIA handled 17,28,686 passengers, compared to 14,89,861 passengers in the same period in 2023-24. There was 16.8% increase in the number of domestic travellers in the first nine months of financial year 2024-25 with 11,98,535 passengers, compared to 10,26,088 in the same period for 2023-24. International travel also increased by 14.3% with 5,30,151 passengers travelling in the first nine months of financial year 2024-25, compared to 4,63,773 in the same period in 2023-24. The MIA handled 12,116 ATMs for the first nine months of financial year 2024-25, as against 10,448 ATMs handled in 2023-24.
