According to details shared on the OmniHuman-1 page hosted on Beehiiv, the research team showcased several sample videos demonstrating the tool's impressive capabilities. Although it’s not the first tool designed to convert static images into dynamic videos, ByteDance’s model appears to have an edge over its competitors, potentially due to the extensive training data sourced from platforms like TikTok, which provided a rich variety of human interactions and motion patterns for the AI to learn from.
