Read our privacy policy Microsoft says two of its key online services, SharePoint and OneDrive, are not working properly. “We're investigating an issue where users may be unable to access SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business. Users have also reported issues connecting to the server and logging into SharePoint Online, Microsoft’s web-based collaboration tool. “In parallel, we’re rerouting traffic to alternate systems to provide further relief to the affected users.” During the pandemic, many users have been relying on online services in order to continue working, with 75 million people logging on to its enterprise communication tool Teams daily.
