The incident occurred at around 6:00 am, news agency Reuters reported citing Major Genral Eid Rashed Hamas. On Wednesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired a review meeting on the fire tragedy in Kuwait and announced ex-gratia of Rs 2 lakh for the families of the deceased Indians from the Prime Minister Relief Fund.
