Army jawan’s desperate search for missing mother moves public at Tirupati Collectorate

In a heart-wrenching incident, an army jawan’s desperate search for his missing mother moved the public at the Tirupati Collectorate. Muthu, a native of Saluppapatti village in Madurai district, Tamil Nadu, has been frantically searching for his 67-year-old mother, Vellaithayi, who reportedly went missing at the laddu counters on February 10 during a visit to Tirumala for the darshan of Lord Venkateswara. On Monday, the distressed jawan was seen at the Collectorate, showing his mother’s photo and pleading with everyone for even the smallest clue about her whereabouts. According to Tirumala DSP K. Vijaysekhar, the jawan’s brother, who reached the town searching for his mother, filed a missing person complaint with the I Town police.
