Terminator star Linda Hamilton calls last films ‘very forgettable’

While speaking to Variety, during Las Vegas’s CinemaCon, she said: “They’re very forgettable, aren’t they?” Hamilton returns to the franchise with this year’s Terminator: Dark Fate, which serves as the sixth film in the series and the first she’s starred in for over 25 years. While she had a small voice role in 2009’s Terminator: Salvation, which features audio tapes made by Connor, she did not appear in 2003’s Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines and 2015’s Terminator; Genisys. It’s unlikely Hamilton would return for any future films, however, as she joked: “I’m going to fake my own death so I don’t have to do another one.” Terminator: Dark Fate will be released in UK cinemas on 1 November.
