Apple iPhone XR beats Google Pixel 2 to become the best single-lens camera phone in 2018

Ever since it launched, Google Pixel 2 acquired a reputation for being the best camera smartphone in the market. Image quality review site, DxOMark, has finally released its review for the Apple iPhone XR, which was alongside its two siblings- iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max- in September this year. And the site has rated iPhone XR, which was the only single-lens camera phone in Apple's 2018 iPhone lineup, as the best best single-lens camera phone in 2018, beating the mighty Google Pixel 2. DxOMark noted that for the key photo attributes of exposure, color, detail, noise, and artifacts, iPhone XR offers an image quality that is quite similar to that of its flagship iPhone XS Max. Furthermore, the testing site noted that the iPhone XR offers "vivid and pleasant colours in most test conditions and it an excellent auto-focus with a fast response time and no focus stability issues.
