College basketball predictions: Virginia, TCU and more surprise teams

Penny’s portal plundering has yielded former Alabama point guard Jahvon Quinerly, former Florida State combo guard Caleb Mills and Jordan Brown, a crafty 6-11 center who won the Lou Henson Award as mid-major player of the year for Louisiana last season.
