Course, by appearing in the back papers even beyond the span period.Dismissing the petition, the Justice Manmohan observed,. Consequently, this Court is of the opinion that education standards cannot be allowed to fall to an absolutely ‘low level’.” The petitioner, Mr. Avadhesh Kumar had brought to the notice of the Court that he was required to complete his LL.B.
