An ABC investigation has revealed the toxic relationship between some members of the taxi industry and alcoholism in northern WA towns, with accusations some cab drivers are facilitating sly-grogging. Broome Shire president Harold Tracey said taxi companies had a "moral obligation" to stamp out dodgy practices by drivers.
