'You must be on time' – Dewald Brevis and Tilak Varma engage in a moment of camaraderie

Mumbai Indians have been struggling in the 2022 Indian Premier League, having lost all six of their matches. In a clip uploaded on MI’s official Instagram handle, Brevis can be seen talking to Varma, asking his mate to arrive early at the team room. Thereafter, the camera pointed towards Varma, following which Brevis said, “Five minutes late.” In reply, Varma said, “I’m waiting for you at the breakfast, come on man. Taking a friendly jibe at Brevis, Varma said, “But I’m waiting for you. Have you had your breakfast today?” Brevis started replying before Varma cut him short and said, “I don’t care, but you should eat your breakfast before 11.” Brevis said, “10:30 and then I’m on my way and then I get my food at 11 at the breakfast.” Brevis and Varma in good form Brevis and Varma have put their A-game forward thus far, although MI are yet to find their feet in the tournament.
