It is Congress’ responsibility to keep INDIA bloc united, says Sanjay Raut

Mr. Raut also said that it is the “Congress’ responsibility to keep the INDIA bloc united”. Mr. Raut’s remarks echoed Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah’s statement of lack of clarity on INDIA bloc leadership. ‘Delay in seat allotment reason for electoral defeat’ Meanwhile, Congress leader Vijay Wadettiwar blamed his colleague and legislator Nana Patole and Mr. Raut for the delays in seat allotment as one of the contributing factors to the defeat in the Assembly elections. Responding to Mr. Wadettiwar’s statement, Mr. Raut said, “Congress wanted more seats, Mr. Wadettiwar should have left a few seats in Vidarbha for NCP-SP and Shiv Sena.
