There are rumours that Hersh’s lawyers plan to call for deposition members of Indians Abroad for Truth—"an association specially formed to raise funds for the defense of Morarji Desai". One economy excursion ticket worth $1,100 —was sent to Desai’s son, Kanti, privately by a "well-wisher".
