File photo: PTI BS Web Team New Delhi The Board of Control for Cricket in India has filed a case before the Supreme Court, seeking a change in the board’s constitution. The change in BCCI’s constitution would allow the president Sourav Ganguly and secretary Jay Shah to complete their full three-year terms without serving the necessary cooling period as required by the Justice Lodha commitee. According to a news report by the Times of India, the application was filed by BCCI treasurer Arun Dhumal.
