India TodayFor the Indian car industry, 2024 was a busy year. Some very important mass-market models, including the Maruti Suzuki Swift, Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Hyundai Alcazar, Tata Curvv, Mahindra XUV 3XO, Mahindra Thar Roxx, Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor, Kia Sonet, Honda Amaze and Skoda Kylaq were launched. The Hyundai Creta, which rivals the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara and the Kia Seltos, among others, comes loaded with features like LED headlamps and taillamps, diamond-cut alloy wheels, integrated 10.25-inch infotainment screen and 10.25-inch multi-display digital cluster, dual-zone automatic temperature control, voice-enabled panoramic sunroof, front-row ventilated seats, 8-way power adjustment for the driver seat, Bose premium, and Level 2 ADAS. The Creta has three engine options -- 1.5-litre MPi petrol, 1.5-litre Kappa Turbo GDi petrol and 1.5-litre U2 CRDi diesel. The turbo petrol unit has a 7-speed DCT automatic in standard Creta, and 6-speed MT and 7-speed DCT options in the Creta N Line.
