The results are going down to the wire, and a final count could be days away, but the Queensland election looks to deliver a set of new faces for Parliament's crossbench. While he said it was not the role of the party, Mr Berkman defended protesters who might take "direct action" to stop the mine, such as chaining themselves to mining equipment.
