Microsoft is internally testing Cortana integration within its Outlook mobile app for iOS and Android
Cortana’s integration into Microsoft Outlook for mobile will also allow it to scan through emails and read them aloud whenever necessary. Reports now suggest that Microsoft may soon integrate Cortana directly into its Outlook mobile app. Talking to sources close to The Verge, the company stated that it was currently testing Cortana within the email client application on iOS as well as Android platforms. We also learn that news of the integration also comes weeks after Javier Soltero, Microsoft Outlook’s for Android and iOS boss transitioned into a new role which involved him overseeing the Cortana digital assistant.
