1 killed, 2 injured in dispute over seating on Begumpura express near Lucknow

A man was killed, and two others were injured following a dispute over seating arrangements on the Begumpura Express, travelling from Jammu Tawi to Varanasi. According to the police, the altercation began when Tauheed, a resident of Jagdishpur in Amethi, boarded the general coach of the train at Lucknow, where a group of men from Sultanpur were already seated. The injured were immediately removed from the train by Railway Protection Force officers at Nihalgarh station and taken to a local health centre. GRP Superintendent Prashant Verma confirmed that Tauheed boarded the train in Lucknow, and the dispute was related to seating.
