A Queensland snake handler bitten by an eastern brown snake has gone back to work after being treated with anti-venom in hospital. Ian Jenkins from Childers, south-west of Bundaberg, says he was preparing the snake for an educational show at his reptile park when it bit him through a bag. "Its something that I'm not very pleased about, because I don't like to put my family through that sort of worry. "You can imagine how easy it is if you're walking through the bush with a pair of shorts on getting your legs scratched how easy it is to get a bite from a frightened snake and not realise it."
