J&K DDC poll results show people not happy with abrogation of Article 370, says Omar Abdullah | Exclusive

The elections for Jammu and Kashmir District Development Council are over and trends in counting put the People’s Alliance for Gupkar Declaration ahead of BJP and others. The six major regional political parties, including National Conference and People’s Democratic Party, came together to oppose these changes and decided to contest these elections together under the aegis of the People’s Alliance for Gupkar Declaration, or as it is commonalty called Gupkar Alliance. We caught up with the former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister and NC vice-president Omar Abdullah to discuss J&K DDC polls and their results. They don’t accept the propaganda of the BJP that people of J&K support the abrogation of Article 370.
