Adolescence was meant to be a why, not a whodunnit: Actor Stephen Graham
Stephen Graham, the British actor and co-creator of the much-talked-about Netflix series Adolescence, discussed the show's intentions with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show. Explaining his intention behind creating the mini-series, Graham said, "As a collective, we didn’t want it to be a whodunnit, we wanted it to be more of a why." Thus, to start a conversation about how young minds are developing amid strong social media influence, Graham decided to make Adolescence.
