Stronger restrictions come in today From today, people entering South Australia from Victoria must be tested for coronavirus and if they refuse they could be fined $1,000. A total of 6,774 people have crossed from Victoria into SA since July 8, when only essential travellers and returning South Australians were allowed to cross the border, according to new figures from SA Police.
