It doesn't just need a favourable breeze to get back on course, it needs a human tornado: someone who can blow everyone's socks off. Not only does this lazy, lackadaisical Labour government desperately need to be held to account, a new Tory leader must also galvanise the parliamentary party and activists on the ground.
