Xiaomi Mi 9 takes better photos than iPhone XS, Google Pixel 3 according to DxOMark
India TodayXiaomi has taken off the wraps from its first flagship smartphone for 2019. "Portrait mode is capable of producing a simulated bokeh effect with good foreground subject isolation and a pleasant blur gradient, resulting in quite natural-looking images, and the Mi 9's 2x optical zoom lens helps capture zoom images with good detail, even at longer zoom settings." The Mi 9 also came up with low noise outdoors and indoors, responsive and repeatable AF performance as well as accurate white balance and good colour rendering. The Xiaomi Mi 9 boasts of a triple camera setup - a 48-megapixel primary camera with F1.75 aperture + a 16-megapixel wide-angle camera + 12-megapixel telephoto camera with 2X zoom. The Mi 9 uses a Sony IMX586 sensor that uses pixel binning to capture more light by combining four pixels into one giant pixel.
