Partial solar eclipse visible in Netherlands tomorrow; Weather should play along
A partial solar eclipse is happening on Saturday, and with a little bit of luck, the weather should play along nicely so that it is visible in the Netherlands, Weeronline expects. The solar eclipse will happen between 11:17 a.m. and 1:04 p.m., peaking at 12:10 p.m. with 24 percent of the sun covered by the moon. “Although a cloud will sometimes block the view, we will probably be able to see a large part of the partial solar eclipse.” People planning on viewing the eclipse must remember to wear eclipse glasses to block harmful radiation. Maximums will range between 10 and 15 degrees, with a moderate westerly wind making it feel colder.
