Las Vegas Metro police investigated reports of a possible shooting at a hotel on the Strip Saturday evening. Officers responded shortly before 5:40 p.m. to a hotel in the 2800 block of South Las Vegas Boulevard, near Circus Circus Drive, following reports of gunfire and fights. Following false alarm, ‘people started running’ at alleged Circus Circus Hotel shooting Metro detectives reported that a sudden fight erupted inside the Circus Circus hotel, prompting multiple individuals to flee the property. People started yelling, and a lot of people started running,” said Shahiera Langendam, a guest at Circus Circus, told Las Vegas Review-Journal.
