A federal judge has denied Los Angeles County's bid for a summary judgment in Vanessa Bryant's privacy suit over photos of her late husband Kobe and daughter Gianna's remains, meaning the case will now go to trial. US District Judge John F. Walter denied LA County's bid for a summary judgment on Wednesday, stating there 'are genuine issues of material fact for trial.' Bryant, 39, filed an opposition against LA County's bid on December 6, citing she's terrified that internet trolls will release photos of her late husband Kobe and daughter's remains taken by LA County sheriff's deputies moments after they died in a helicopter crash.
