Yadgir CMC plans Janaspandana twice a week to dispose of applications, files expeditiously
The HinduYadgir City Municipal Council has planned to hold Janaspandana twice a week to hear public grievances and dispose of applications submitted by citizens seeking facilities and necessary approvals involved in civic works. Now, we have shifted to the new building and decided to hold Janaspandana to address public grievances and expeditiously dispose of applications submitted by the people seeking civic-related works and also, government benefits,” Chairperson of CMC Lalita Anpur told The Hindu. Citizens submit applications for property-related works like change of khata, mutation, building construction permission, drinking water, sanitation and also, applications seeking benefits under various government schemes. Therefore, the chairperson, the commissioner and engineers of the departments concerned have decided to conduct Janaspandana to dispose of applications or files expeditiously,” she said.
