CJ Stroud leads NFL players with the most PSA graded trading cards this year by a mile
New York TimesWith one week to go until the NFL regular season kicks off, fantasy teams are being assembled in every direction, utilizing a variety of strategies. One of the more unique approaches comes from Professional Sports Authenticator, which has assembled a team based around the players with the most PSA graded trading cards so far this year. Starters QB: CJ Stroud RB: Bijan Robinson RB: Jahmyr Gibbs WR: Puka Nacua WR: Justin Jefferson TE: Sam LaPorta FLEX: Zay Flowers K: Justin Tucker DEF: Dallas Cowboys/Micah Parsons Bench QB: Brock Purdy RB: De’Von Achane RB: Christian McCaffrey WR: Jordan Addison WR: Jaxon Smith-Njigba TE: Travis Kelce DEF: Detroit Lions/Aidan Hutchinson Frankly, the most shocking part of this is that people have paid to have 1,000 cards of a kicker graded this year. He is quickly climbing the all-time list of football players with the most graded cards, according to GemRate, a site that tracks graded card populations across the major grading companies, currently trailing only Tom Brady, Joe Burrow, Patrick Mahomes, and Justin Herbert, in that order — all players who have been in the NFL at least three years longer than Stroud. Stroud’s most graded cards are his 2023 Donruss base card and his 2023 Prizm base card.
