Moreover, items such as potatoes, sabudana or sago, raw banana, paneer and makhana or fox nuts, among others, are made into these absolutely yummy dishes with desi ghee. If you want to try something different and equally tasty, then you can make this raw banana sabzi to enjoy with Kuttu Pooris or Samak Rice. In a deep pan, heat the desi ghee and add cumin seeds, black peppercorns, green chillies and ginger. To make Makhana Kheer, boil milk in a deep pan and add sugar.
