Jamia Committee to mark 100 days of protest amidst Coronavirus outbreak

Op India

The protesters against the Citizenship Amendment Act have by now it clear that they have no intention of withdrawing their protests in light of the Wuhan Coronavirus Pandemic. Consistent with the approach, the Jamia Coordination Committee has invited people to join them in their protests on the 21st of March to mark the completion of a hundred days of their protests. The protests will likely see a great crowd and are in direct contravention of the guidelines issued by the government to prevent the spread of the Wuhan Coronavirus pandemic. Source: Facebook ‘Inquilabi Dadis’ of Shaheen Bagh will also deliver a speech on the occasion of the completion of 100 days of the Jamia protests. However, it appears that the ‘Dadis’ will mark the Jamia protests with their presence.
