
CapitaLand to develop ₹450-crore IT park in Hyderabad
The HinduCapitaLand Group, a leading global real estate investment and development company headquartered and listed in Singapore, has announced a ₹450-crore investment to develop a state-of-the-art one million square foot IT park in Hyderabad. Gauri Shankar Nagabhushanam said, “Hyderabad has consistently demonstrated strong potential for business growth, supported by the Telangana government’s progressive policies and able leadership of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. We are excited to expand our footprint in Hyderabad, leveraging its vibrant ecosystem to deliver sustainable and world-class infrastructure.” CapitaLand Group, which has a diversified portfolio that spans retail, office, lodging, logistics, data centres, and more, operates three prominent business parks in Hyderabad: International Tech Park Hyderabad, aVance Hyderabad, and CyberPearl. IT Minister D.Sridhar Babu, Special Chief Secretary Jayesh Ranjan, Secretary for Investment Promotion, E.Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, Special Secretary B.Ajith Reddy, and senior CapitaLand executives, including senior executive director of CapitaLand Investment Manohar Khiatani were present.
