The lockdown will remain in place for Darwin, Palmerston and the rural area until 1:00pm on Friday, NT Chief Minister Michael Gunner said. The new case was a man in his 50s who flew from the mine to Darwin on Friday last week, and tested positive overnight after being put in quarantine on Saturday night. "Right now, our biggest concern is not the test results of these people, it is the high-risk exposure site and the close contacts of the new case," Mr Gunner said.
