Read our privacy policy A woman testified in front of the House Ethics Committee that she saw Matt Gaetz have sex with a minor, according to her lawyer. “My client testified to the House Ethics Committee that she witnessed Matt Gaetz having sex with a minor,” Leppard told the outlet. “What if multiple credible witnesses provided evidence of behavior that would constitute serious criminal violations?” He added that the report should be released for “transparency.” The committee had been investigating allegations that Gaetz may have “engaged in sexual misconduct and illicit drug use, accepted improper gifts, dispensed special privileges and favors to individuals with whom he had a personal relationship, and sought to obstruct government investigations of his conduct,” according to CNN.
