Three of those local athletes were set against the best in the country last weekend as Jacob Henderson, Wes Conley and Dalton Blankenship competed at the National High School Coaches Association National Wrestling Championships in Virginia Beach, Virginia. “Because you are going to find that extra move that’s going to get you the takedown against the kid who never left the wrestling room.” Henderson and Conley wrestle for Armuchee High School during the winter months, while Blankenship grapples for Darlington.
